YOUTHS, SENIORS, AND ATHLETES
|
YOUTH
When working with children between the ages of 8 and 18 it is very important to build the
tendons, ligaments and the muscles at a very slow rate. The Micro Weight System allows
you to do this. It is very important, when working with children
in this age group

SENIORS
The first thing that you have to remember when working with seniors is that as soon as
the tendons, ligaments and muscles start to atrophy the bones begin to loose density
and weaken. In order to reverse this process without injury it is very important to
take very small weight increases to avoid strain or injury. Just
as with youths, having long-term goals is
a very important factor, not only for the body, but also for the mind. By using the
Micro Weight System, it is possible to increase workout
weight in very small increments. As
the
tendons, ligaments, muscles, and bones start to build the gains can be increased by very
small amounts to achieve positive results. Weight training now becomes a fun and positive
sport not only for the body but also for the mind.

ATHLETES
Through the years we have learned that weight training is one of the most important
stepping-stones in bringing an athlete to his or her maximum performance level both
mentally and physically. The Micro Weight System has fine tuned weight training into
such a science that it enables the body to build every tendon, ligament and muscle
to its highest performance level. This system was developed for the athlete or
individual who is dedicated to achieving the maximum performance with his or her body.
The Micro Weight System was designed for the athlete or individual who believes in
long term goals, proper form in weight training, and supplying the body with the
right nutrition. This combination will enable the tendons, ligaments and muscles to
grow in size and strength without injury or failure.
