The
Micro Weight System weights
consist of 16 Micro Weight disks ranging in
weight from 1/4 oz. to 32oz. These weights help achieve a smaller
incremental jump than the 2.5 lb. increase that is available today (by adding a
1.25 lb. weight on each side of the bar). The main theory of
the Micro Weight system is that slow, steady improvements will in the long run
result in more consistent, predictable increases in maximum weight lifted, less
