THE SYSTEM

Micro Weights is both a weightlifting system and a weightlifting product which were developed through many years of research working with every muscle group of the body. The Micro Weight System was developed to eliminate injury to the muscles and at the same time was designed to enable the muscles of the body to increase in strength and size without injury. Injury is one of the biggest setbacks in weight training for the body, and failure to increase in weight lifted is one of the biggest setbacks for the mind.  Often, experiencing one or both of these two setbacks repeatedly leads to lack of desire to continue the weight lifting program and/or stopping working out altogether.  Consider how often someone you know changes their workout program.  Why?  Because they are frustrated after experiencing these setbacks and they're looking for a better system.  The Micro Weight System can help avoid this never-ending battle of changing workouts. 

The Micro Weight System will enable you to achieve goals you once thought impossible, and do it without injury. By eliminating these two negative experiences, weight training can be a positive sport, not only for the body but also for the mind. The patent-pending Micro Weight System will help you develop a workout program with slow, steady, progressive gains.  And to complement the system is the Micro Weight System weights. 

The Micro Weight System weights consist of 16 Micro Weight disks ranging in weight from 1/4 oz. to 32oz.  These weights help achieve a smaller incremental jump than the 2.5 lb. increase that is available today (by adding a 1.25 lb. weight on each side of the bar).  The main theory of the Micro Weight system is that slow, steady improvements will in the long run result in more consistent, predictable increases in maximum weight lifted, less injury, and more satisfaction overall with your workouts.
