MEET MICRO WEIGHTS DEVELOPER ALEX ROTHACKER
After
having spent many years researching the most efficient and productive
methods of weight lifting, I'm proud to present the result of those
efforts...a system developed to build the body with weight training in a
very positive manner without injury or failure. This system is called the
Micro Weight System. The Micro Weight System involves increasing the
workout weight at each workout, but by very small increments (for example,
2 ounces). Developed on the principle that tendons and ligaments build
three to four times slower than muscle tissue, the Micro Weight System is
a program which builds the body safely, by building the tendons,
ligaments, and muscle tissue all at the same rate. Building all these
three tissues at the same rate will ensure positive gains, not only for
the body, but also for the mind, all the while without incurring injuries.
One of the key benefits of the Micro Weight System is that it
will not only benefit the serious male weight lifter, but also women, seniors,
and youth. Why? Because each of these groups can handle weight increases
differently than the others. For example, a woman's body can handle much
smaller weight gains than a man's body, and a child's body can tolerate even
smaller weight gains than a woman's body. Knowing these facts, we have to
realize that gyms and weight systems were designed for men. While we have seen
changes in gyms to be more women-friendly, they have not changed enough in the
last 40 years to accommodate seniors and youths. Further, weight systems (free
weights, machines, etc.) have not made any accommodations for women, seniors, or
youths. Using five-pound weight increases in dumbbells is not possible for
these groups of people. Increases of ten pounds in cable machines are also not
possible. Starting a weight training exercise using only the barbell, which
weights forty-five pounds, is also too heavy. Working with free weights, the
smallest weight increase found in the gym is a 2-1/2 pound plate, or maybe if
you are lucky a 1-1/4 pound plate. Using a 1-1/4 pound plate for a weight
increase on a bar would still mean a 2-1/2 pound increase overall, which again
would not be possible or safe for women, seniors, or youths. Using the Micro
Weight System, weight training becomes a very positive sport for any person, not
only for the body also for the mind, because the weight increases can be made
small enough for anyone to handle. Any person can realize very significant gains
over time by making incremental increases at every workout, instead of larger
increases on a sporadic basis. Using the Micro Weight System will therefore
allow a woman, senior, or youth to utilize a gym as effectively as a man. It's a
very positive system.
For example, my daughter is 11 years old and has been training
using the Micro Weight System for over three years. She has had only positive
results, both physically and mentally. The results have been outstanding. For
the last five years, I have conducted studies of the Micro Weight System using
subjects from the a ges
of 8 years to 79 years. All subjects have experienced positive training results
and none have suffered any injuries. I myself have been weight training for over
28 years, and have been using the Micro Weight System for the last five years. I
can only begin to tell you how positive the Micro Weight System has made weight
training for me.
