For the manufacturing of the Micro Weights, hardened stainless tool steel was the material of choice. It was chosen for strength, for durability, and for its ability to resist rust. The process begins with milling a slot into each Micro Weight. This enables the Micro Weights to be used on most cable machines. Next, each Micro Weight is precision machine ground to the exact weight. Each Micro Weight is then weighed by hand on a digital scale to assure accuracy.

The Micro Weights come in a custom manufactured aluminum case.  The virtually indestructible case is made using the highest quality American made hardware and aluminum extrusions.  The case includes a foam molded interior that will keep your Micro Weights organized and easily accessible during your workout, and Delrin clamps for cable and dumbbell work.
