WHY THE MICRO WEIGHT SYSTEM DEVELOPS YOU BETTER

One of the biggest problems with traditional weight lifting programs is that they are designed to build only muscle.  The problem is that more than muscles are involved.  A proper weight lifting system must develop muscles, tendons, and ligaments.  Because tendons and ligaments receive three to four times less blood than muscles, they also develop three to four times slower than muscles. The problem with this then is that for workout systems designed to build muscle only, the tendons and ligaments can't keep up.  The tendons and ligaments then become the weak link and injury results.  Using the Micro Weight System can prevent this.  Our research has shown that by using the very small weight increases that are inherent in the Micro Weight System, the tendons and ligaments develop equally with the muscles, thus avoiding injury.
